(Note: By assembly action: all persons giving a report to the area assembly are required to submit a written copy of their report to the area secretary (an advance electronic document if possible). We will utilize a stopwatch and a bell to indicate the end of the allotted time. This system is used at the annual General Service Conference and the Regional Forums. Please practice your report ahead of time to ensure that important highlights are covered.)

4. Report of proposals to be on the agenda for the pre-conference assembly to be
held April 15th, 2012
5. New Business:
Approval of proposed 2012 Area 75 budget
6. Coffee Volunteers for Delegate’s Workshop (March 27th) and Pre-Conference
Assembly (April 15th), both at the Madison Senior Center.
The coffee volunteer is to take the coffee supplies with them at the end of today’s meeting and replenish supplies from the donation can if needed. Coffee pots are supplied by the Madison Senior Center, which opens at 8:00 AM the day of the event. The coffee volunteer is responsible for clean up of the coffee pots and transfer of supplies to the next volunteer at the end of the day

8. Announcements:
Reminder that the elections are just around the corner (new rotation 2013) and everybody needs to be thinking/meditating/praying to find the willingness to stand and take the awesome/rewarding positions that Area 75 has to offer.
9. Close the meeting with the Responsibility Declaration:
“I am responsible, When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of AA always to be their and for that: I am responsible.”
